rescue dog reactive to other dogs

question
adopted my boy 2 months ago and hes great with people but loses it when he sees other dogs. any training advice?

look into BAT training (behavior adjustment training). its specifically for reactive dogs

distance is your friend. find his threshold distance and work from there. reward calm behavior

basically how far he needs to be from other dogs to not react. could be 50 feet, could be more

hire a trainer who specializes in reactivity. its really hard to fix on your own tbh
